Hello, and welcome to My Favorite Internet Marketing tools! This site is dedicated to the tools that I use to make money online.

Let me start out by saying; I'm not rich. I'm not even close to rich. I'm not a guru, nor do I have the ultimate answers. All that being said, I've been steadily increasing my income online over the past year, and continue to learn new techniques. Here's my full story:

I started the quest for the holy grail of making money online over 2 years ago. I was working at a pretty low income job and really needed the additional funds. I began to look into ways to make money online. The first thing I came across (which I'm sure many do that are just starting out), were ads for work from home data entry jobs. Well, of course I jumped on any information I could find on that! After all, I'm a fast typer, I love to use my computer, and why wouldn't a company want to pay me to enter data for them?

Well, you can probably guess how that worked. I chased site after site, even paid several for lists of companies "just dying to hire remote workers." Yeah, that didn't work so well.

Then I tried online surveys. Every e-book I could find online said that the best way to make money from online surveys is to sign up for as many sites as you possibly could. Well, there were three big problems with this:

1) I didn't qualify for about 90% of surveys offered. (I really wonder who did?)
2) The surveys I did qualify for only paid about $0.50-$1 vs. the $5-$15 every ad promised.
3) My email address was FLOODED with spam!

Ok, so just about ready to give up when I came across Project Payday. This site would help me make my firs dollars online. Granted, the model is simple in theory, but does take quite a bit of work (you'll have to check out the website to get the skinny on the details), and in the end I just didn't have the time to really dedicate to it to truly make it a winner. All that said, it was the best way to get a litte confidence in making money online as follwing the Project Payday system required no experience or techinicall skills.

Still, I felt a little unsatisified. So I continued to chase the next big thing, and spent hundreds of dollars on ebooks, turnkey websites, memberships, and more scams than I care to admit. It was at this point that I found the Wealthy Affiliate affiliate marketing program.

The Wealthy Affiliate money making program is this: they take you by the hand and teach you everything you need to know about affiliate marketing. There are countless resources, a wildly active forum, and more internet marketing tools than you could ever imagine.

I will have a separate section speaking specifically on Wealthy Affiliate, as well as my other favorite internet marketing tools. (I mean, that's what the title of the blog promises, right?).
